Congratulations to Spain on winning the FIFA World Cup

I would like to congratulate Spain and their supporters on winning the FIFA World Cup. The team managed to score the winning goal in the second half of extra time through their midfield dynamo Iniesta. I was very pleased for them as the team play superb passing football in the way that football should be played where as the Netherlands seemed more interested in kicking lumps out of the Spanish team.

I would have preferred it if my beloved England had managed to return back to the British Isles with the trophy however they played very poorly with a lack of desire and passion and were quite frankly a complete waste of space. My nine year old son used to view the likes of Frank Lampard, Wayne Rooney, Steven Gerrard and John Terry as “Gods” – he now realises that they are just plain AVERAGE (at best).
