Gain confidence and DVD download package

At the age of twenty-two I decided that the time had come when I would attempt to achieve fluency.

I had tried numerous forms of stuttering therapies as well as traditional therapy but with a lack of real success.

I was now going to try to formulate my own cure for stuttering, I knew this was going to be far from easy however was determined to give it a real go.

I concentrated on studying people who I would describe as very good speakers, for example people who read the news on the t.v, politicians, comedians and actors. By working out how these people were talking compared to me should give me a good starting point.

I also believed that I needed to learn ways that could help me to gain confidence. Having a stutter had eroded my overall self-confidence and self-esteem and I needed to increase my confidence levels in order to have any chance of success.
