SEO club on the way

I am currently in the process of setting up an SEO private members club. It is based on a similar format to a business breakfast club which is where members exchange referrals to each other.

People who join this private SEO club will be able to gain those all important one-way backward links from like minded webmasters who are also attempting to attract additional visitors to their website. It is a win win situation for all of the members.

These links will not be in the form of a reciprocal link and are in no way paid links, people merely pay a membership fee to join the club.
