Should I Attend The Course Or Purchase One Of The Self-Help Products?

I am often asked whether it would be better to attend the course or if it is more beneficial to purchase one of the self-help products. Each and every person is of course different and therefore there is no one answer to this question.

Up until a couple of years ago the one-to-one speech courses were by far the most popular form of stuttering treatment that I offered however the DVD is now seen as the first step that the majority of people take.

If after you have watched the film etc you then keep in regular contact with me via e-mail and telephone and I will coach you to what will hopefully be total fluency.
 
If after two or three months you feel that you could do with some additional one-to-one therapy you could then book onto one of the three day or weekend speech courses.
