Stuttering lessons for the masses

I received an e-mail yesterday from a person who had bought the stuttering therapy DVD last year. He had lost all of the applications on his computer including the seventy minute DVD and had asked me to send him the film again.

Here is part of his e-mail:

"Thank you for emailing me the link to the DVD again, I've watched it many, many times.  Everything you've said in your DVD I can relate to and I find myself making many of the same mistakes.

I appreciate all your advice on this DVD, it's truly great, and I finally had the courage to practice your techniques at the beginning of this year. I didn't ever feel the need to practice, partly due to the fact that I'm good at avoiding words that I always block on."

He then went on to ask a number of questions and has since booked a thirty minute Skype therapy session for later next week.

The lessons to learn from this guy from America is to start the practice straight away, do not accept second best by continuing to avoid and substitute words.
