The How To Stop Stuttering DVD Explained
I was asked in an e-mail this morning whether the stuttering therapy DVD included advising people to use costal breathing. I was also asked to provide more information about the contents of the DVD.
Here is my reply:

I do not coach/teach costal breathing or anything similar.
The seventy minute DVD contains the main areas of the speech courses that I run in Birmingham. This includes the fluency techniques, how to implement the techniques to enable them to become a natural part of one' speech, plus additional advice.
