The latest interview

It has been quite a long time since the last interview and I would like to thank Pete who has requested to be the next participant. He purchased the seventy minute DVD in May 2009.

Me: Hi Pete. Thank you for your telephone call and for suggesting that I conduct a short interview with you.

Pete: Hi Steve, that is fine. I wanted to basically thank you for all of your support over the last few months; it has been most appreciated. I have known about your services for quite a while now but for whatever reason did not get in touch.

In May, as you know, I decided to buy the DVD. In truth I was not expecting too much - this is because I have been let down so many times in the past.

Me: Haven't we all!

Pete: That is the reason why I delayed seeking your help Steve.

Me: I can understand that. I often laugh at some of the rubbish that is out there and being advertised on the internet - but in truth it is actually quite sad.

So what did you think of the DVD?

Pete: I was extremely impressed; the techniques were explained in an easy to understand way and your passion for the subject was there for all to see (I watched the DVD with my parents and girlfriend on one occasion).

I have been contacting you on a regular basis since purchasing the DVD and you are always happy to find the time to talk with me. You are also extremely quick to respond to my e-mails. All in all I have been very impressed with your whole service which is why I wanted you to interview me for your blog. I basically wish that I had purchased the DVD five years ago when I first read through your website.

Me: Well thank you for the positive comments - I am pleased that you have been happy with the service and with the DVD.

And how about your speech?

Pete: Well as you can no doubt hear - thanks to your help I have managed to put right the wrongs and I am now able to speak with a confidence, fluency and an enthuisiasm that I have always dreamt of.

It has taken a lot of hard work and at times I wanted to throw in the towel however I managed to get there in the end.

Me: I am fully aware as to how much work you have put in and you certainly deserve the success and fluency that you now have.
