The stuttering and stammering survey

Over the past few weeks I have been asking my clients and the many people who contact me on a daily basis as to what area of speech they find the most difficult.

Just before you continue to read this blog post just pause for a moment to consider how you would have answered this question.

I had no real pre-conceptions as to what I thought the end results would be, I did however have a fairly good idea as to what this stuttering survey would conclude.

In the end it was quite a close run thing. Out on top as the most difficult task came those dreaded telephone calls with attempting to answer "direct questions" finishing a respectable second.
