I received an e-mail this morning from a lady who was interested in finding out about the costs involved. Here was my reply:

Each business that I help has different needs and different budgets; basically I help businesses to gain high search engine rankings within Google for their main keywords, I do this in various ways including attracting backward links that point to the site and also advising as to how to make the site more "search engine friendly". The cost is dependent mainly on the amount of key phrases that the business is looking for me to promote and how competitive these phrases are; for example "website design" is obviously very competitive.
